My Journey

I’ve always been drawn to how people and teams work together under pressure. My career began in finance—private equity, private credit, real assets, venture capital—and took me all over the world building and leading teams. Every chapter was an experiment in leadership: how to build trust, drive clarity, and align diverse perspectives and cultural differences around shared goals.

Leading businesses in complex, highly regulated environments taught me that success depends as much on how teams collaborate as on the strategy itself. I’ve seen brilliant ideas stall because the team wasn’t aligned—and average ideas take off because they were. Such curiosity eventually led me to leadership coaching, both of team and individuals.

Today, I work with senior executives and leadership teams across sectors—investment firms and their portfolio companies, as well as operating companies in healthcare, technology, industrial, and consumer sectors. Whether they are scaling growth or navigating transformation, I help them strengthen connection, sharpen decision-making, and create the conditions for collective outperformance.

My coaching style is pragmatic, outcome-focused and built on partnership with my clients. Progress happens when people feel safe to be challenged, open to new perspectives, and confident enough to experiment. With teams, alongside my colleagues at North, I help uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface—the patterns, assumptions, habits, loyalties and blindspots that can either accelerate or inhibit performance. I then work with leadership teams to develop action plans to release the positive energy that can transform performance.
